EPFO halts COVID-19 advance facility with immediate effect

The Employees' Provident Fund Organization has discontinued its COVID-19 advance facility, which allowed members to withdraw a portion of their provident fund to mitigate pandemic-related financial hardships. This decision is effective immediately and applies to exempted trusts as well. This will be applicable to the exempted trusts also and accordingly may be intimated to all the Trusts.
