In Gurugram, sales of homes increased by more than three times on an annual basis, reaching 24,482 units between January and September of this year. 7,725 housing units were sold in Gurugram during the same time last year. Sales in Noida increased by 52% to 5,040 units in the first nine months of this year from 3,315 units during the same period last year.
