Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Private Limited, a global leader in the specialty chemicals industry, announced on May 9 it has acquired Impact Fluid Solutions, a premier provider of downhole fluid additives used in a range of industrial drilling applications.The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Dorf Ketal Chemicals is a privately-owned global specialty chemicals company.
