Dixon Technologies forms joint venture with Inventec

Dixon Technologies has formed a joint venture with Taiwan-based Inventec to expand in IT hardware manufacturing. The venture, Dixon IT Devices, will produce notebook PCs, servers, and related components in India. Dixon owns 60%, while Inventec holds 40%. The partnership aims to enhance Dixon's portfolio in high-growth segments and support India's IT infrastructure development.
