Compass India Takes Majority Stake in ICS Foods

Compass India Food Services, a subsidiary of Compass Group Plc, has acquired 70% stake in ICS Foods Pvt Ltd, a food and beverage catering firm. The acquisition will help Compass Group achieve a 30% CAGR in the food services business sector and 25% growth through further acquisitions. The purchase will also support Compass Group's expansion plans as more people return to the workplace after COVID.
