ChrysCap, others look to put more funds in trading platform Dhan

Stock market investment & trading platform Dhan is in talks with PE fund ChrysCapital for a fresh funding round that could take its valuation to over $1 billion from $125 million, multiple people aware of the negotiations said. ChrysCapital has already issued a term sheet-which outlines key terms and conditions including valuation-to Dhan that competes with IPO-bound Groww and Zerodha, they said.
