Anand Mahindra, chairman of Tech Mahindra, received a 1.5% salary increase to ₹1.41 crore for the year ended March 2024, 21 times the company's median salary of ₹6.63 lakh. He owns 1.88 lakh shares of the company. In contrast, outgoing CEO CP Gurnani earned ₹92 crore in his last year, while CEO Anish Shah's salary was ₹24.22 crore in FY24.
