CHB begins demand survey for Sector 53 self-financing housing scheme

The Chandigarh Housing Board has initiated a demand survey for its self-financing housing scheme in Sector 53, offering 192 HIG, 100 MIG, and 80 EWS flats. Applications can be submitted online from Feb 22 to March 3, with deposits of Rs 10,000 for HIG/MIG and Rs 5,000 for EWS. This is the third attempt since 2018, previously stalled due to high costs and low demand.
