Bajaj Finserv Chairman Salary Was 105 Times Higher Than The Median Salary

Sanjiv Bajaj, chairman and MD of Bajaj Finserv, saw a 36% salary increase to ₹31.67 crores in the year ended March 2024, 105 times more than the median employee pay. His total remuneration included ₹27.1 crores as MD and CEO of Bajaj Holdings & Investment, and ₹4.3 crores as chairman of Bajaj Finance, a 437% increase from the previous year.
