Axis Bank's retail lending group executive Sumit Bali quits

Axis Bank's Group Executive of retail lending, Sumit Bali, has resigned after a 4-year stint, with his last working day being August 16, 2024. Bali led the retail assets division since 2020. Anuranjan Kumar, a 30-year veteran of the industry, has been appointed as the new Chief Compliance Officer, effective June 14, for a 3-year term, replacing Bimal Bhattacharyya.
