AstraZeneca to introduce COPD inhaler Breztri Aerosphere in India

AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd said that the company has secured permission from the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) for the import and market of Breztri Aerosphere, an inhalation preparation containing budesonide (160mcg), glycopyrronium (7.2mcg), and formoterol fumarate dihydrate (5mcg). This combination drug is used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults.
