The Rajasthan government will spend approximately ₹23.79 crore annually to lease a helicopter from a private company, M/s Redbird Airways Pvt Ltd, for VIP flights. Previously, the state spent ₹76.46 crore on helicopter/airplane services from 2020-21 to 2023-24, with annual expenditures of ₹8.03 crore, ₹7.19 crore, ₹31.30 crore, and ₹29.94 crore, respectively.
