All you need to know about PM’s Internship plan announced in Budget 2024

The Indian government will launch a scheme to provide internship opportunities to one crore youth in five years, with an internship allowance of Rs 5,000 per month and a one-time assistance of Rs 6,000. Companies will bear 10% of the internship cost from their CSR funds, and will provide real-life work experience for 12 months. The scheme, worth Rs 6,000 crore, will have two phases.
