Airtel settles price for partly-paid shares at Rs 401.25

Bharti Airtel's board of directors approved a first and final call of ₹401.25 per share, including ₹397.50 premium, on 39.23 crore partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each. The record date for liable holders is February 6, 2026, and call payments will be due from March 02 to March 16, 2026.
