Advent International considers selling DFM Foods

Advent International is evaluating a sale of DFM Foods more than six years after acquiring a majority stake in 2019 for about $118–120 million. The company was delisted in 2023, and Advent is now seeking a valuation of $500–800 million, with potential interest from private equity firms, strategic buyers, or through a merger with a suitable partner.
