Adani arm Kutch Copper forms metal & cable JV with Praneetha Ventures

Adani Enterprises' subsidiary, Kutch Copper Limited, has formed a joint venture, Praneetha Ecocables Limited, with Praneetha Ventures, holding 50% equity. The JV aims to manufacture and market metal products, cables, and wires. Meanwhile, Adani Enterprises reported a Q3 revenue decline of 8.8% to ₹22,848 crore, with EBITDA slipping 4.8% to ₹3,069.4 crore, despite margin expansion to 13.4%.
