360 ONE Asset acquired a 13% stake in Ecoworld, a Brookfield India REIT-owned Bengaluru office asset, for Rs 1,125 crore. The investment was through primary securities issuance, with a future commitment of Rs 25 crore. Ecoworld comprises 7.7 million square feet and 15 buildings, with a diverse occupier base.
